Delivery Policy

At Tới Cửa, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality food products while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. Our food shipping policy is designed to protect the integrity of your orders from the moment it leaves our store to the time it reaches your doorstep.

  1. Shipping and Handling

Depending on the type of product and seasons, we use freezers, insulated packaging, and temperature-controlled shipping methods to ensure optimal conditions during transit.

  • Perishable Items: shipped with ice packs to maintain appropriate temperatures.
  • Non-Perishable Items: securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
  1. Delivery Timeframes

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times vary based on locations, but it should arrive within 2 business days via FedEx.

Orders placed after Wednesdays 6PM to destination anywhere in the contiguous U.S. will be processed the following Monday to avoid delays of weekends.

If the shipments are to Alaska or Hawaii, the cutoff time will be Tuesdays 6PM

  1. Shipping Restrictions

To comply with food safety regulations, we currently do not ship perishable item to specific locations, including:

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
  • American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Island.
  • International destinations.
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. If you have any concerns about your shipment, our customer support team is available to assist.
